Chew Hua Seng Bursary is set up in Beijing to support Beijing Institute of Clothing Technology (BICT) education development. This focuses on the current BICT degree, bachelor and master students, who are in economic difficulties, but with good moral character, diligence and simplicity. Students with outstanding academic results will have the priority for the Bursary in the same conditions. The Chew Hua Seng Foundation will contribute and disburse annually with one hundred students being awarded the Chew Hua Seng Bursary.
