In 2009, The Chew Hua Seng Foundation supported the establishment and construction of the new kindergarten, which runs the SPICE programme, developing children’s Social, Physical, Intellectual, Creative and Emotional abilities.

The foundation has successfully funded all the capital/start up costs and initial 18 months’ equivalent of operating costs.
