In November 2007, Mr Chew Hua Seng, Chairman of Raffles Education Corporation, Singapore made a sizeable and personal donation to establish the “Chew Hua Seng Foundation”. Chew Hua Seng will to set up the Foundation. The proceeds from this foundation shall be designated to specific funds. This amount will be allocated to four specific funds, namely, the “Chew Hua Seng Chief Fund”, the “Chew Hua Seng International Training Fund”, the “Chew Hua Seng Curriculum Development Fund” and the “Chew Hua Seng Outstanding Contribution Fund”.
